Manufacturer of Record
Digital Workbench Inc. is the manufacturer and supplier of record for all products sold under the Digital Workbench brand. All products are manufactured through Digital Workbench’s controlled North American production network and are shipped under Digital Workbench documentation, branding, and commercial terms.
Digital Workbench assumes full responsibility for product specifications, quality standards, warranty coverage, and contractual obligations associated with all Digital Workbench branded products.
Standard Warranty Coverage
Digital Workbench Inc. warrants all Digital Workbench branded workbenches and accessories to the original purchaser for a period of twenty-five (25) years from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation, including all structural components and functional elements.
Warranty Exceptions
The following components are subject to specific warranty terms:
- Workbenches used in multiple-shift or continuous operations may have warranty coverage prorated based on usage intensity.
- Hydraulic lift system components are warranted for a period of ten (10) years.
- Lighting products and electrical accessories are warranted for a period of ten (10) years.
Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
This warranty does not cover damage, failure, or defects resulting from any of the following:
- Negligence, improper handling, improper storage, or lack of maintenance
- Misuse, abuse, or use contrary to product instructions and specifications
- Overloading, impact, or use beyond rated load capacities
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic deterioration of finishes, paint, or appearance
- Cleaning using high-pressure water systems, abrasive materials, or chemical solvents
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, disassembly, or alterations
- Improper electrical connections or incorrect installation
- Exposure to corrosive chemicals, excessive moisture, extreme temperatures, or environmental conditions
- Damage resulting from fire, flood, earthquake, natural disasters, or force majeure events
Warranty Remedies
At its sole discretion, Digital Workbench will:
- Repair the defective product or component, or
- Replace the defective product or component with an equivalent item.
This warranty does not include labor costs, installation costs, removal costs, or shipping costs unless expressly authorized in writing by Digital Workbench.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Digital Workbench makes no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as expressly stated in this policy.
Digital Workbench’s total liability under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the product.
Proper Use and Maintenance
All products must be installed, operated, and maintained in accordance with Digital Workbench specifications and guidelines. Failure to comply with proper installation, usage, and maintenance instructions may void this warranty.
