3 Lever Control
Step 1
No tools are required. Unpack the box. Insert the casters into the base. Turn the base over
Step 2
After inserting the gas cylinder into the base, slide the footring up the gas cylinder and secure the footring.
Step 3
Place the cushion and steel plate over the top of the gas cylinder.
Step 4
Remove the knob on the back. Reinsert the knob. Tighten.
Step 5
Remove the knob on the bottom of the seat plate. Reinsert the knob and washers. Tighten.

After inserting the gas cylinder into the base, slide the footring up the gas cylinder and secure the footring.
Step 3
Place the cushion and steel plate over the top of the gas cylinder.
Step 4
Insert back bar through the steel plate and adjust the back bar at desired height. Tighten.
Step 5
Insert the plastic pin onto the back bar
