Shipping & Returns

Digital Workbench Inc.

Digital Workbench is the manufacturer and supplier of record for all products sold under the Digital Workbench brand. All products are manufactured through Digital Workbench’s controlled North American production network and shipped under Digital Workbench documentation, branding, and commercial terms.


Shipping

Digital Workbench manufactures and ships custom engineered industrial products. All shipping timelines are estimates provided in good faith based on production schedules, material availability, and logistics conditions.

Orders are shipped once production is completed and applicable payment terms are satisfied. Shipments are scheduled during standard business days. Digital Workbench does not guarantee delivery dates and shall not be liable for delays caused by freight carriers, supply chain disruptions, weather conditions, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

Tracking information will be provided once an order has been dispatched, where applicable.


Freight Responsibility

Digital Workbench maintains relationships with professional industrial freight carriers experienced in handling heavy and oversized equipment.

If Client elects to use Digital Workbench’s recommended freight carrier, Digital Workbench will assume responsibility for transit-related damage, subject to inspection and proper documentation upon delivery.

If Client elects to use its own freight carrier or shipping account, Digital Workbench assumes no responsibility for loss, damage, or delivery delays occurring during transit.


Returns Policy

Due to the custom nature of Digital Workbench products, all returns are governed by the conditions below.

No product may be returned without prior written authorization from Digital Workbench.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days from receipt of goods.

All return freight costs are the responsibility of the Client.


Restocking Charges

Digital Workbench manufactures products from base materials to order. Returned products are subject to restocking and handling charges as follows:

Standard Series workbenches and accessories in standard sizes and colors:
20% restocking charge per item.

Chemical-resistant or specialty work surfaces:
Additional 5% restocking charge.

Custom-sized, custom-colored, or custom-engineered products:
Non-returnable and non-refundable.


Defective Products Upon Arrival

In the event of visible defects or shipping damage upon delivery, Client must document the condition immediately and notify Digital Workbench within a reasonable timeframe.

Digital Workbench may request photographic documentation for verification.

If damage occurred during transit using Digital Workbench’s recommended freight carrier, Digital Workbench will, at its discretion:

  • Replace the defective product or component, or
  • Issue a refund including freight charges, where applicable.

No physical return of defective products is required unless requested by Digital Workbench.


Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Workbench Inc., its employees, affiliates, distributors, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or economic damages arising from the use, misuse, inability to use, or incorrect installation of any product.

Digital Workbench’s total liability shall be limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the product at Digital Workbench’s discretion.


Due Diligence and Safe Use

If a product is found to be defective in a manner that could pose a safety risk, Client must immediately remove the product from service and clearly label it as unsafe until corrective action is taken.

Defective or unsafe products must not be disposed of in a manner that allows third parties to reclaim or reuse them.

Client is responsible for ensuring proper installation, inspection, maintenance, and safe operational use of all products.
