Step 1
Position your Digital Workbench™ workbench on a stable, elevated surface with the carton seam facing upward. Carefully open the packaging along the seam, ensuring the protective cardboard structure remains in place at this stage.
Step 2. Position the Legs
For efficient assembly, we recommend a two-person team when working on multiple benches. Carefully position the legs on the work surface. For Static Control benches, ensure the wrist strap jack is oriented toward the front side of the leg.
Step 3. Install Fasteners
Insert one bolt with a lock washer into each leg. Ensure all bolts are properly seated and hand-tightened before proceeding to final tightening.
Step 4. Tighten Bolts
Tighten each bolt until the lock washer is fully compressed (flat). Do not overtighten—no additional torque is required beyond this point.
Step 5. Install Accessories (If Applicable)
If additional accessories were ordered, proceed with their installation according to the provided instructions.
Step 6. Final Positioning
Carefully turn the bench upright. Assembly is complete.
