3 Lever Control
Step 1
No tools are required. Unpack the box. Insert the casters into the base. Turn the base over.
Step 2
Drop the gas cylinder into the tapered hole in the base.
Step 3
Place the cushion and steel plate over the top of the gas cylinder.
Step 4
Remove the knob on the back. Reinsert the knob. Tighten.
Step 5
Remove the knob on the bottom of the seat plate. Reinsert the knob and washers. Tighten.

Drop the gas cylinder into the tapered hole in the base.
Step 3
Place the cushion and steel plate over the top of the gas cylinder.
Step 4
Insert back bar through the steel plate and adjust the back bar at desired height. Tighten.
Step 5
Insert the plastic pin onto the back bar.
